Authentic Cajun Flavors

Our 2025 honey harvest took place mid-August and it is a pretty good one. We will be pouring it into jars soon. Legacy honey comes from river willows and other Atchafalaya Basin trees and flora—natural and wild. You can get some of our fresh-harvested, small-batch honey by letting us know. Click here.

Our special hot sauce from Acadiana is prepared with our own seasoning recipe and fresh harvested cayenne peppers. Our Chow Chow is cooked, not pickled.
