Legacy honey comes from river willows and other Atchafalaya Basin trees and flora—natural and wild. Bee activity has been strong and promising for this year's harvest. River willows are in full leaf. You won't find a cayenne chow chow likes ours. It's our specialty hot sauce from Acadiana. We take special care to prepare it with our own seasoning recipe and fresh ingredients. Chow chow season begins in late summer/autumn, but you might find some at locations year round.
